How we rate

Every score here comes from four criteria, weighted identically on every site. We publish the weights so you can disagree with them in an informed way.

The four criteria

• Games and providers — 30%. Catalogue size, how many studios are represented, and whether the live floor holds up at busy times.
• Payouts — 30%. Measured rather than quoted. We request a withdrawal at every site we score and record how long it actually took.
• Support — 20%. Live chat response times over four attempts at different hours and on different days.
• Mobile — 20%. Whether the phone experience matches the desktop one in speed and features.

How the testing works

We open an account and fund it with our own money. We play. We ask for the balance back. We write down what happened. We do not score a site we have not used.

What money cannot buy

Operators cannot purchase a score, a place on the register, inclusion in any list, or sight of a review before publication. Where an operator refuses to answer a question we have put to it, the review says so.

Corrections

Terms change without warning. If a figure here is out of date, tell us — we will check it against the operator own terms page and correct it, and the review will show when it was last verified.
