Crash Games
Crash games are the newest format in a casino lobby and the simplest to describe. A multiplier climbs from 1x, it stops at an unannounced moment, and anything still riding when it stops is gone. Cash out first and you keep the multiplier you cashed at.
There is one thing worth understanding before you play any of them, and it contradicts what almost everybody believes.
No cash out target returns more than another. Cashing at 1.2x, at 2x or at 50x all return the same percentage over a long run, because the house edge is applied to the distribution of crash points rather than to your chosen number. Cashing low wins often and small. Cashing high wins rarely and large. The payouts scale exactly against the frequencies and the two cancel. What your strategy changes is variance, not return, and anyone selling you an optimal number is selling you a preference dressed as arithmetic.
The second thing to watch is disclosure, which in this category is patchy. Some studios publish a return to player prominently. Others state a payout cap to the penny and never mention the return at all.

Spribe publishes 97% for Aviator, the highest RTP on this site. Almost everyone who plays it believes their cash out point is doing something to that figure. It is not: every cash out multiplier carries the same expected value, and strategy changes variance rather than return.
