Corrections come first

If a number on this site is wrong, that is the most useful email you can send and it goes to the top of the pile. RTP, maximum win, volatility, bet limits, feature rules: if a game’s own rules screen says something different from our page, tell us what it says and we will check it and fix it.

Games get updated and studios change builds without announcing it, so pages go stale. We would much rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.

Other things worth writing about

• A demo that will not load, with the game name and the device you tried it on.
• A game you want covered, particularly if you have looked and found nothing useful written about it.
• Anything that reads like an advert dressed up as a review. See the advertising disclosure for why that matters.
• Partnership enquiries from operators and studios. Read the disclosure first so you know what is and is not for sale.

What we cannot help with

We are not a gambling operator and have no connection to any casino. If your problem is a withdrawal, a locked account, a bonus dispute or a closed account, we have no access to any of it and no ability to intervene. Take it to the operator, then to their alternative dispute resolution service, then to the Gambling Commission.

Reply times

This is a one person operation, so replies take days rather than hours. Corrections get acted on faster than they get replied to, so if a figure changes on the site without you hearing back, that was you.
