How the Super Scatter symbol works
It is a distinct symbol, a striped lollipop, that appears on all reels. Combinations of four or more scatters and Super Scatters together trigger free spins, the same trigger as the base game. The difference is the pay attached. From page 2, with at least one Super Scatter in the combination:
- 1 Super Scatter in a combination of 3 or more scatters of any kind: 100x total bet
- 2 Super Scatters in a combination of 3 or more scatters: 500x
- 3 Super Scatters in a combination of 3 or more scatters: 5,000x
- 4 Super Scatters in a combination of 4 or more scatters: 50,000x
Note the first line. One Super Scatter plus two ordinary scatters is a three scatter combination, which does not trigger free spins, and still pays 100x. The Super Scatter pays on its own terms whether or not the bonus starts.
Page 3 states the Super Scatter does not appear during the free spins round. So the 50,000x is a base game event, and the tumble and multiplier machinery of the free spins is a separate ceiling with the same cap.
Free spins and the multiplier bomb
Four or more scatters, ten spins, three or more scatters during the round retrigger for five more.
